The textile industry meets at Ptak Expo Łódź
The March edition brought three days of business meetings, new collections and conversations about the direction of the textile industry. We met designers, manufacturers, distributors and clothing brands from Poland and abroad.
For us, the fair was an opportunity to meet customers directly, understand their needs and present our work in knitted fabrics.
Our stand and the fabrics on display
We used a bold visual identity, including a neon Jakub Wendler logo. At stand C10–C12, visitors could see knitted fabrics, colour samplers and production options—from cotton knits and merino to blends with finishing processes.
The most valuable part was discussing real product briefs, upcoming collections and the parameters brands need from a material.
Two awards we did not expect
We came to talk about knitted fabrics, not to collect prizes. We were honoured to receive two distinctions:
- Knitted Fabric Manufacturer of the Year 2026, Fast Textile Fabrics award in the Knitwear Manufacturing Excellence category.
- Most Attractive Exhibition Stand, recognised with a diploma and statuette by the fair organisers.
Thank you for the conversations
We see the awards as encouragement to keep investing in both the quality of our knitted fabrics and the way we present them. Most important of all were the people who stopped by, handled the samples and shared their projects. Thank you to everyone who made time to talk.
